    Conscious Sedation

Creating a more comfortable dental experience

Conscious sedation is a form of sedation where patients take a small pill prior to dental treatment in order to relax. The patient is conscious during treatment, carefully monitored,  and has only a dreamlike remembrance of the time spent in the dental chair. It is safe, effective and particularly suited for patients who have anxiety about dental procedures.

Patients feel no discomfort and their concerns and apprehensiveness about  dental work and pain are addressed before, during, and after dental procedures. Often dentists are able to accomplish more dentistry in a single visit.
