Individual Nutrition Counseling
Could one conversation change your life?
Meet with Anita Capizzi RN, CHC, Eve Colantoni CHC or Lisa Wilson CHC.
Individual or small group coaching sessions with a Certified Health Coach. Let them help you reach your personal goals.

Anita Capizzi's philosphy is to meet the client where they are now... and upgrade their nutrition to a healthier level. Small changes can be incorporated over time that increase energy levels and promote better health.
She combines her experience as a RN and knowledge of nutrition to help those with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease obtain better health "one meal at a time." Other areas of interest are family nutritional support and digestive wellness.
Anita offers individual and group classes. She is active in the local community and often speaks to groups, schools and businesses in the Washington, D.C. area about the importance of revamping the "standard American diet" (S.A.D.) so that it promotes optimal health.
