Holistic Primary Care Insurance Information and Costs
For the primary care practice at NIHA, we have applied to the major insurance companies to become "in-network" providers. However, it is a lengthy process. In the meantime, we will participate with most insurance companies as "out of network" providers; meaning that you will pay us your co-pay, we will submit the claim form to your insurance company for you, and then bill you for whatever amount your insurance company does not reimburse us.
A typical new patient visit ranges from $150-$250 depending on the severity and complexity of the problem. For an existing NIHA patient as well as annual physicals the visit ranges from $100-$200 depending on the severity and complexity of the problem.
