Body Composition

Body Composition Assessment is the study of the percentage of lean muscle mass and body fat. This test is important to determine how well the body can burn calories (percentage of lean muscle mass) and if the proportions are maximizing efficiency for optimum health and energy.

There is a range given on a print out based on age, sex, height, and weight. This assessment may be repeated every 4 weeks to monitor and make necessary adjustments to meet your personal goals.
