Anita brings her passion for health and wellness to those who are looking for guidance and coaching in the areas of nutrition and wellness.

Her expertise lies in educating others about how optimal health can be achieved. We know that our food choices affect us on a cellular level and the health of the cell ultimately determines the health of the person. Processed foods create a very different internal environment than real foods from nature and over time our health will reflect the results of those choices. Even within the “real food” realm, upgrades can provide better nutrition.

When we slow down and pay attention to the signals our bodies give, we can be guided as active participants in our journey towards optimal wellness!

The body has the inherent ability to heal itself and when we nourish it with positive thought and real, nutrient dense foods, other healing modalities are enhanced and vibrant health can be achieved.
