As a health and wellness consultant, Romunda has been passionately committed to helping clients achieve total body balance by healing the body, mind and spirit. In 2004 she formed her business, MA-NEATS, to assist and educate people on the concept of keeping their mental and physical bodies free from disease. Utilizing the holistic approach, she offers drug free and painless treatments such as colon hydrotherapy, reiki and reflexology, that assist in moving the body into a more healthy and refreshed condition. Her company name was inspired by Romunda’s late grandmother, Neola Robinson.
For more than fifteen years, Romunda Ings has successfully assisted hundreds of clients enhance their quality of life. Her success has made her a sought after Wellness Motivational speaker for many organizations. She has served as a Personal Wellness consultant to professional athletes and media personalities, and her unique ability to motivate clients to pursue and achieve healthier lifestyles has led to multiple guest appearances on radio and television shows. Ms. Ings has most recently been assigned to participate in the Health Initiative Program for the Prince George’s County Health Pilot Program.

On of Romunda’s favorite quotes is, “ As a worker of the vineyards, you have to understand your spiritual walk.” She also believes that the frequently quoted phrase, “Free your mind and the rest will follow,” is a true statement for detoxifying the mind, body and spirit. Romunda has served the community as a Liaison to the INOVA Hospital and a Commissioned Health Ambassador and Health Minister from Westley Theological Seminary. She is a proud parent and grandparent.
