Marketing Coordinator

The marketing coordinator will collaborate with and provide support to NIHA practitioners and staff to provide a consistent brand identity, practitioner development, program development and messaging of all internal and external sources.

Administrative on-site support for day-to-day coordination of marketing processes includes creation of promotional materials including brochures, newsletter, flyers, short video and other materials as needed; external ads; social media posts; website coordination; conferences; tracking and reporting on marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an ability to communicate well. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing channels required.

Responsibilities

  • Internal marketing including all promotion and materials to support practitioners
  • External marketing for consistent brand identity
  • Social media posting and maintenance of channels
  • Administrative tasks or special projects as needed

Wage range is consistent with other NIHA coordinator positions. If interested, please respond no later than 11/01/19. Will consider full-time or part-time.

Pediatric Physician or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

National Integrated Health Associates (NIHA) is seeking a part time holistic pediatric physician or nurse practitioner.  We are interested in hiring a licensed, board certified Pediatrician/NP who has experience working with children of all ages and various medical conditions.  NIHA has an existing pediatric practice and we are experiencing rapid growth, and as such, we are in need of a flexible, knowledgeable, compassionate physician with an entrepreneurial spirit who is seasoned in the care and well-being of children.  The candidate will benefit from collaboration with experienced integrative medical and dental practitioners.

Qualifications and Skills

  •  MD or NP degree
  •  2+ years experience in pediatric medicine
  •  Commitment to holistic health practices
  •  Licensed in DC
  •  Board certified through the American Board of Pediatrics
  •  DEA certified
  •  Experience with EHR (electronic health records) preferred
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills

Colon Hydrotherapist

Part-time Colon Hydrotherapist, I-ACT certified, sensitive to patient’s needs and comfort. Must be able to work one or two Saturdays per month.

Specific tasks include:

  • Obtain medical information from patient to determine whether contraindications are present for colon hydrotherapy.
  • Record patients’ history in medical records.
  • Prepare and maintain rooms and medical equipment for colon hydrotherapy sessions.
  • Clean and sanitize medical instruments and laundry after use and dispose of contaminated supplies.

Required experience:  Colon Hydrotherapy – one year, Libbe Certified therapist preferred
