Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to provide administrative on-site support for day-to-day coordination of marketing processes. This includes creation of promotional materials including weekly newsletter, brochures, flyers, short videos and other materials as needed; external ads; social media posts; website coordination; conferences; tracking and reporting on marketing channels.

The marketing coordinator will be present in the office full-time and collaborate with and provide support to NIHA practitioners and staff for a consistent brand identity, practitioner development, program development and messaging of all internal and external sources.

Responsibilities

  • Internal marketing including all promotion and materials to support practitioners
  • Social media creation, posting and management of channels
  • External marketing for consistent brand identity
  • Administrative office assistance or special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, marketing preferred but not required; we will consider those with work experience and an interest in integrative medicine and holistic health. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing channels required and the capacity to quickly learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Wage range is consistent with other NIHA coordinator positions. If interested, please respond no later than 2/28/21.

Patient Coordinator for Integrative Medical Practice

Our holistic medical office is seeking a full time Patient Coordinator.  The person in this position will be responsible for providing administrative support to 2 or more doctors or practitioners, managing complex patient issues and doctors’ patient schedules, as well as serving as a resource to address and resolve issues for physicians and patients. 

Candidates must be organized, accurate/detail oriented, possess excellent communication and computer skills, compassionate, multi-tasker and able to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements: Prefer college graduate or related job experience in a Medical office. Patient management, EHR, and patient care experience are very important as well as knowledge or interest in integrative medicine.

National Integrated Health Associate (NIHA) is seeking an enthusiastic, full time dental assistant to join our Holistic Family Dentistry team within an integrated healthcare center.  Successful applicant must have 3 to 5 years of experience, good communication skills and a personal commitment to health and wellness.   Some Saturday, early morning and evening hours are required.  Experience and knowledge of dental computer software is essential.

Dental Assistant registration in the District of Columbia is required.
